QUALITY & SERVICE
We aim to provide you with unique, high quality goods and excellent customer service. We want your experience with All Access Equipment to be awesome from beginning to end. Please let us know if there’s something we can do to serve you better.

CHECKOUT & PAYMENT
We accept Payments from: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal

ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders are prepared and packed within hours of payment. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS , UPS or FedEx. 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.

SALES TAX
Massachusetts residents will be charged sales tax.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

WARRANTY PARTS

Parts sent under machine warranty statement: 
we honor the warranty statement provided upon purchase. Parts are sent to you at no cost, but the defective items must be sent back to us within 14 days. Included in the package is a pre-paid return label. If the warranty parts are not returned within 14 days, we will invoice you for the cost of the parts plus shipping.

Parts purchased as replacements: 
we honor the warranty that the original manufacturer provides. Normally, this is one year.  Electric parts are non-returnable unless unopened or permitted by the manufacturer. Parts are sent to you at no cost, but the defective items must be sent back to us within 14 days. Included in the package is a pre-paid return label. If the warranty parts are not returned within 14 days, we will invoice you for the cost of the parts plus shipping.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We will never share or sell your information to any third party. The information we collect is only used to contact you about your order. You may choose to receive very occasional email updates by signing up here or during checkout.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers have the choice between UPS and USPS delivery. For the most reliable delivery with tracking, please select UPS. Choose USPS First Class International at your own risk and allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for international orders that are lost, damaged, unclaimed, or undeliverable.

International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.
